This company was succeeding in its operations to Cassia a company created in 1979 by White and Cohen. WHITE AND ALLCOCK LIMITED was dissolved by Striking Off in March 27th, 1996. NEWCREST TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (created in May 1982 by White and Cohen) pursued the development of new chess computers.
