This Playmatic S is the most attractive of the my 3 Playmatic: pristine condition (like new), security labels, and a beautiful wood finition.

The Fidelity Playmatic S is a beautiful wood chess computer made in Germany.

It is a "De Luxe" version of Fidelity Sensory 9 which was in plastic. However, it is a strong opponent, much more than the Super 9.

Its biggest difference with its plastic brother is the auto-sensory board with 64 LED and its faster processor.

Two versions were identified: with the computer on level 1, move 1.h4, then you get:

- black 1.e5 or 1.d5: version A

- black 1.b6: version B

Specs:

- program: an & Kathe Spracklen

- Elo: 1707

- processor: 6502B@3,1-3,2 MHz

- RAM: 2 KB

- ROM: 16 KB (expandable to 32 KB)
