A Vancouver 68020 module in a Bavaria board makes this chess computer outstanding
The quality of the board is enhanced by its ability to recognize each chess piece individually
.

The program was written by Richard Lang and became the winner of the World Chess Microcomputer Championship (WCMC), Manufacturer Group, at Vancouver in 1991.
This was the seventh consecutive year of domination for Richard Lang and Mephisto.
In 1992, there was no WCMC.
In 1993, the fabulous Wundermaschine with the Genius 2 program of Lang won the WCMC.
After 1993, the PC world was taking the lead on the dedicated chess computers.
